Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of zodifeel.com and purchases made through our store. References to “ZodiFeel,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean the seller operating under the ZodiFeel brand.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and process purchases.

Please read these Terms together with our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Privacy policies. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

2. Using Our Website

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement or have the permission of your parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate information and not to use our website for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement of intellectual property rights, harassment or interference with website security.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect customers. This does not remove our obligations concerning existing orders or refunds.

3. Products and Descriptions

We sell zodiac-inspired jewelry and accessories. Please review the product description, materials, dimensions, selected zodiac sign and package contents before ordering.

Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.

Zodiac meanings and astrology-related content are provided for personal interest and entertainment. They do not guarantee particular outcomes.

4. Prices and Payment

The applicable currency, product prices, discounts, shipping charges and taxes are displayed during checkout before you submit your order.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes do not increase the agreed price of an accepted order.

Payments are processed through the payment providers available at checkout. You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide.

If we discover a material pricing or listing error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and any available options. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement. If we cancel an order, we will promptly refund payments collected for the canceled items and associated charges.

5. Orders and Changes

Please check your contact information, delivery address, quantities and product selections before completing checkout.

If you need to change or cancel an order, email chskyelite@gmail.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once processing, personalization or shipping has begun. This does not restrict any cancellation rights available under applicable law.

We may decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, payment failure or suspected fraud. We will notify you and refund any payment collected for items we cannot supply.

6. Personalization

Where offered, personalization allows you to add initials or other permitted text to an eligible product.

The available characters, character limit and additional charge are shown when you select the service. Please review the text for each item carefully before confirming.

Personalized items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns under our voluntary return policy. This does not exclude remedies for defects, damage or personalization errors made by us.

Selecting a standard zodiac sign alone does not make an item personalized.

7. Bundles, Discounts and Gifts

Each offer specifies its included products, quantities, price and any promotional gifts. Please select the zodiac sign for each item where a choice is provided.

Discount combinations and eligibility depend on the conditions shown with the promotion and the amount confirmed at checkout.

Promotional gifts are supplied according to the qualifying offer and have no separate cash-redemption value. Returns involving bundles and gifts are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.

8. Digital Content

If your offer includes a PDF or other digital gift, it is supplied electronically rather than as a printed product.

Digital content is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell or publicly redistribute it without permission from the relevant rights holder.

If you cannot access a promised digital file, contact chskyelite@gmail.com with your order number so we can help.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges, processing information and delivery details are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Please distinguish processing time from transit time. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will notify you, provide revised information and offer cancellation and a refund where required by applicable law.

Contact us if your shipment is missing, damaged or appears incorrectly delivered so we can investigate.

10. Returns and Refunds

Our voluntary return window is 30 days after delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements and exceptions in our Returns & Refunds policy.

That policy explains return shipping costs, personalized products, bundles and refund processing. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Privacy

Our collection, use and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Submitting an order or accepting these Terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional marketing or tracking where separate consent is required.

12. Reviews and Customer Content

You may share honest reviews of our products and service. We do not prohibit or penalize genuine negative feedback.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting a review for publication on our store, you give us non-exclusive permission to display it with the name or identifier you choose to publish.

We may remove spam, unlawful material, private information or content unrelated to the product or service. We will not edit reviews to misrepresent their meaning.

13. Website Content and Third-Party Services

Website materials belong to ZodiFeel or their respective owners. You may browse and use the website for personal shopping, but may not commercially reproduce protected content without permission.

Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities as the seller.

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but temporary interruptions and technical errors may occur. Any limitations relating to website availability do not exclude applicable product warranties, refund obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you reside. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of rights or access to courts that applicable law requires us to preserve.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and changing the date above.

Updates apply prospectively. They do not retroactively remove rights or change the agreed conditions of existing purchases without a lawful basis or your agreement where required.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
